First and most important: it was Jessica's 39th birthday! She got to spend the whole day off work and we all went out for dinner at Red Rocks that evening! One thing that they did that was really cool was customize the Specials menu for us! They named the last special menu item "Jessica's Birthday Mahi".Neat right?
